The Role: As an Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of our HR and Investor Relations departments, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, correspondence, and requests, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
- Prepare and distribute documents, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Support Investor Relations activities, including maintaining investor databases, preparing materials for meetings, and assisting with investor communications.
- Handle ad hoc administrative duties and special projects to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within the finance or private equity industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
