Position: Asset Manager Location: The City, London

The Opportunity: As an Asset Manager, you'll embark on a unique journey, evenly splitting your time between two essential roles - Executive Assistant to a Top-Level Executive and Line Manager for a team of Personal Assistants. This rare and exciting opportunity will allow you to showcase your diverse skills and grow your career in the heart of the financial district.

Your Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant to a Partner

  • Provide top-tier administrative support to a high-profile executive, managing their calendar, emails, and day-to-day tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and crucial documents with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the executive and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of their professional life, allowing them to focus on strategic decision-making.

Line Management of a Team of PAs (Management)

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Personal Assistants to excel in their roles.
  • Oversee workflow, set performance objectives, and monitor their progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback and facilitate professional development for your team.
  • Collaborate with HR to recruit and onboard new team members as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in both Executive Assistance and Team Management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
