  • Position: Executive Assistant and Office Manager – supporting two senior executives and overseeing office operations
  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Hybrid set-up: 3 days in office, 2 days remote (Central London-based)

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant and Office Manager position:
  • Provide high-level Executive Assistant and Office Manager support to two senior executives, including calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, and stakeholder communications
  • Organise and prepare for meetings: agendas, presentations, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Conduct market research and help develop strategic reports, proposals, and business insights
  • Support project planning and execution by tracking deliverables, coordinating with teams, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality and professionalism in managing sensitive data and files
  • Drive office efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Plan and execute corporate events, offsites, and team engagements
What background and experience is the company looking for?
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager or in a similar senior-level support role
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a proactive mindset
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and discretion
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting
  • Ideally experience supporting C-suite executives or in the investment/finance sector
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, Slack, and Zoom is a plus
