- Position: Executive Assistant and Office Manager – supporting two senior executives and overseeing office operations
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Hybrid set-up: 3 days in office, 2 days remote (Central London-based)

- Provide high-level Executive Assistant and Office Manager support to two senior executives, including calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, and stakeholder communications
- Organise and prepare for meetings: agendas, presentations, minutes, and follow-ups
- Conduct market research and help develop strategic reports, proposals, and business insights
- Support project planning and execution by tracking deliverables, coordinating with teams, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain utmost confidentiality and professionalism in managing sensitive data and files
- Drive office efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements
- Plan and execute corporate events, offsites, and team engagements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager or in a similar senior-level support role
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a proactive mindset
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and discretion
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting
- Ideally experience supporting C-suite executives or in the investment/finance sector
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, Slack, and Zoom is a plus
