Key responsibilities for this EA to Private Equity Founder position:
- Complex diary and global travel coordination for the Founder
- Inbox and gatekeeping support – filtering, flagging, and proactively managing all communication
- Preparing board packs and documentation to the highest standard
- Handling personal tasks for the Founder and his family with discretion and care
- Ad hoc support to the COO, who is collaborative and lovely to work with
- Ensuring accuracy and excellence in every interaction and finding solutions
- Must have proven experience as an EA, ideally to a Founder or senior-level executive who has an exacting style
- Background in financial or professional services preferred
- Strong attention to detail, a love for diary management, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- High levels of resilience, professionalism, and the ability to remain composed under pressure
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and tech fluency
- Someone who thrives in a traditional yet demanding EA to Private Equity Founder role and can handle sensitive information with integrity
