C&C Search is currently recruiting a part time Event Manager to join a membership organisation who offer a mix of in person and virtual events with lots of ministers, think tanks and policy makers.
Salary: £45,000 pro rata
Hybrid: 1-2 days a week in the office in Waterloo

Duties:
- Manage the full event programme including launches, networking events, roundtables, dinners, awards, webinars and a conference
- Source and book suitable internal and external venues for in person events, as well as organising and running online webinars and roundtables.
- All event logistics, including planning, distribution lists, invitations, on the day running, marketing and preparing a post event follow up programme.
- Budget management.
- Research opportunities for new event topics and approaches, aligned to our strategic priorities and work
About you:
- You have experience working as an event manager in membership or similar
- You have good computer skills and experience with virtual events (Zoom)
- You are good at working in a small team and can take full responsibility for the events
- You are calm, organised and have great organisation skills
