C&C Search is currently recruiting an exceptional Executive Assistant for a leading Financial Services firm based in the City. Working alongside 3 other EAs, providing top level support to the senior executives. A wonderful EA opportunity offering work/life balance.

Position: Executive Assistant
Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 per annum
Hybrid set up: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
Benefits: 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days with service, private healthcare, life assurance, pension, discretionary annual bonus and more!

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Extensive diary management across multiple time zones and stakeholders
- Inbox management; actioning anything urgent, resolving queries
- Arranging travel with hotels, transport, visas etc.
- Full co-ordination and meeting management; preparing/distributing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, preparation/collation of papers, presentations, packs, detailed minute taking, action logs and any follow up actions
- Expenses, invoices and people administration duties
- Drive ad-hoc projects and provide cover for the Business Support team
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role as PA/EA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident dealing with senior stakeholders
- A self-starter, capable of acting on own initiative and proactively managing competing demands. An open, honest attitude and must be a team player!
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
