Executive Assistant – supporting the Investor Relations team in a leading international investment firm
Salary:
£55,000
Hybrid set up:
4 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
  • Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to the Investor Relations team, managing busy calendars, meetings, and communications
  • Coordinate complex international travel, visa applications, and logistics for global roadshows and investor meetings
  • Lead on the preparation and distribution of marketing and investor materials, ensuring accuracy and a polished presentation
  • Organise and support delivery of high-level investor events in the UK and across Africa
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and investor records, notes, and key contacts
  • Research and compile detailed profiles and briefing materials for key stakeholders
  • Support marketing initiatives, including updates to social media platforms and website
  • Manage high-volume invoicing, expense reconciliation, and credit card processing with a high degree of accuracy
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Experience in a EA/PA or team assistant role within financial services or international relations.
  • Essential to have experience coordinating roadshows, investor meetings, and international events.
  • Confident using CRM systems such as DealCloud or Affinity
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe
  • Meticulous attention to detail, calm under pressure, and proactive in approach
