Job Title: HR Analyst
Salary: £45,000 + £2.2k product allowance!
What would I be doing day to day?
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and regularly create reports on key HR data e.g. headcount, retention, renumeration, bonus, employee engagement.
Act as the key contributor to annual Gender Pay Gap activities, collating data in line with legal guidance and highlighting opportunities for improvement.
Proactively identify areas of improvement through data-driven decisions and reporting on trends to build a simplified narrative for wider stakeholders.
Engage and support the wider HR function to maintain accurate and consistent systemisation.
Provide technical assistant to basic and advanced troubleshooted queries raised by HR Operations.
Support the wider team to provide data required to deliver the annual budget, pay review and annual bonuses.
Provide relevant data to build and maintain a reward and benefits matrix.
What is the company looking for?
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc) is essential.
Analytically minded, numerical individual who is comfortable presenting commercial data to stakeholders across the company and prepare analysis for the Renumeration Committee.
HRIS knowledge - troubleshooting and implementation experience highly preferential.
Extremely organised and solutions-oriented.
