C&C Search is currently recruiting for an HR Assistant and PA to Partner for a well established private equity firm based in central London. Fantastic culture, benefits and hybrid working.

Position: HR Assistant and PA
Salary: £40,000 - £52,000
Hybrid set up: 4/1
Benefits: Bonus, pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday, on-site gym

Key responsibilities for this HR & PA role:

Key Responsibilities:

HR Support
  • Maintain and update data within our HRIS (HiBob)
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
  • Support benefits administration and wellbeing initiatives
  • Assist with recruitment scheduling, training and reporting
PA Support
  • Provide comprehensive diary and travel management to the Operations Partner
  • Organise meetings, process expenses, and support with document preparation
  • Coordinate annual HR meetings and appraisals

What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PA and/or HR Assistant role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong IT proficiency (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, HR systems)
  • Previous experience in financial or professional services is a plus
