The Role:
Job Title: HR Associate - 12 month FTC
Salary: £60,000 (Dependent on experience level)
Location: London, hybrid
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
Deliver day to day HR administration across the employee lifecycle for London and Paris.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support with payroll and benefits administration.
Update and maintain all HR databases.
Prepare regular reports and support the Head of HR to prepare presentations for stakeholders.
Support with wider projects as required.
What is the company looking for?
2+ years HR experience within a Financial Services firm.
French speaker essential.
Analytical skillset and confidence reporting via Excel.
Exposure to payroll and benefits administration desirable.
Strong communicator and capable in a reactive and proactive work environment.
