The Role:

Job Title: HR Associate - 12 month FTC

Salary: £60,000 (Dependent on experience level)

Location: London, hybrid

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Deliver day to day HR administration across the employee lifecycle for London and Paris.

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Support with payroll and benefits administration.

  • Update and maintain all HR databases.

  • Prepare regular reports and support the Head of HR to prepare presentations for stakeholders.

  • Support with wider projects as required.

What is the company looking for?

  • 2+ years HR experience within a Financial Services firm.

  • French speaker essential.

  • Analytical skillset and confidence reporting via Excel.

  • Exposure to payroll and benefits administration desirable.

  • Strong communicator and capable in a reactive and proactive work environment.
