What would I be doing day to day?

Job Title: HR Manager, Europe - 12 month FTC

Location: London

Salary: £80,000 + bonus

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Provide guidance and coaching line managers on employee relations and work with line managers to proactively create a positive workplace and pre-emptively assess ER issues
  • Management of highly complex ER cases, liaising with external legal counsel where necessary
  • Identify and support the end to end performance management process including coaching and leadership capabilities
  • Optimise HR processes across the full employee lifecycle through consistent review, redesign and implementation of frameworks and processes
  • Own and contribute to local and global People projects
  • Mentor and support the development of the wider HR team

What is the company looking for?

  • 2+ years as a HR Manager / HR Business Partner, 7+ years in HR
  • Experience within a fast paced and matrixed professional services environment
  • Evidenced experience managing complex ER cases
  • Proven interest in mentoring team members
  • Very strong attention to detail and communication skills
