Position: Junior Chief of Staff - EA - Operations Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Hybrid set up: 2 days in central London, 2 days Richmond, 1 day WFH

Key responsibilities for this Junior Chief of Staff - EA - Operations Manager position:
- End-to-end project management of the executive search process, ensuring operational excellence
- Creating compelling job adverts, managing advertising, and optimising spend
- Preparing proposals, updates, project plans, and candidate decks aligned with client needs
- Managing finance operations, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and ensuring compliance
- Providing a positive and professional experience for employees, partners, and consultants
- Managing HR processes, including employee documentation, onboarding, and offboarding
- Supporting the CEO with personal tasks and correspondence
- Creating and managing social media content and website updates
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven experience in an executive support or operations role
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and various business tools
- An interest in technology and its ecosystems
- A positive, intellectually curious, and results-driven approach
