L&D – entirely new position, headcount has allowed for that. They didn’t need someone focused on L&D previously but employees have been doing it before. Now they have grown they have decided they need to have someone specifically. Important function learning and development supporting employees. Will have all training sorted on the platform
Need someone to focus on the L&D
Platform –
Create all new training
Admin side as well
Emoloyees managers etc will meet with them
Predominantly supporting the London HQ
Corporate training might expand this remit but London is principally focused,.
Might be able to look after training for people here on subsidiary training.
Certificate and training in place.
This individual will look after the a
bove rather than soft skills.
L&D Experience
Either of the two examples Grace proposed (revisit)
No experience specified as they are happy looking at Admin experience who wants to develop into L&D.
Fit is most important.
Someone who is proactive, hands on.
