Job description

C&C Search is actively seeking a Marketing Manager for a growing and industry leading PE firm, they behave ethically and have unbelievable benefits, we are looking for a self-motivated, upbeat and content focused Marketing Manager who is a copy writter and generalist marketeer.

Salary: £50,000-£70,000

Hours: 5 days a week in Mayfair, 9-6pm

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, generous pension, £200 monthly gym/sports allowance and shares

  • Continually improve brand positioning, ensure content lands well for different markets
  • Huge focus on brilliant comms and copy
  • Create, oversee and deliver the content strategy for the global business including content, podcast, events, socials, blogs, website.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget
  • Website, CRM, marketing collateral management and maintenance
  • Strategically develop, execute, and manage marketing strategy
  • Design, creation and distribution of content on company feeds through relevant social media channels, creation and execution of email marketing campaigns.

About you:

  • Experience in boutique finance or professional services essential
  • You are keen to work for a firm planning to double in the next 5 years and be a huge influencing in driving them forwards.
  • You are an enthusiastic self-starter with ambition and drive
  • Excellent and demonstrable copywriting and content creation experience essential.
  • A university degree
