We have partnered with a leading private investment office to hire a polished, proactive, and highly organised Personal Assistant. The PA will be supporting a Managing Partner of the business.

This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of business and private life, supporting both professional commitments and family matters. Based full-time in Mayfair, with weekly visits to a family residence, this role requires exceptional discretion, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Position: Personal Assistant (Business & Private Support)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DoE)
Hybrid set up: WestEnd, 5 days a week,

Key responsibilities for this Personal Assistant position:
  • Provide daily support to the Managing Partner, balancing business and personal priorities (70% personal, 30% business)
  • Liaise daily with family members and household staff to coordinate family life and ad hoc requests
  • Assist the Managing Partner’s EA, providing cover when required
  • Manage complex diary scheduling, email oversight, and administrative tasks
  • Act as point of contact for schools and family activities, ensuring smooth coordination
  • Organise complex travel arrangements and itineraries (business and personal)
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and financial records, including subscriptions and memberships
  • Support in planning business and personal events, including family occasions and social commitments
  • Handle seasonal projects (e.g. Christmas cards, gifts, event planning)
  • Provide broader admin team support and cover for reception/holiday/sickness when needed
  • Remain flexible for occasional out-of-hours requests
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Solid experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within investment, finance, or a fast-paced professional environment
  • Proven ability to support both professional and personal matters with discretion
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing complex diaries, travel, and family-related logistics
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Professional, approachable, and confident communicator across all levels
  • High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential for schedules)
