C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to the Founder of a high-performing boutique Private Equity firm based in the heart of London’s West End. This Executive Assistant role offers a unique opportunity to support the dynamic Founder and one other senior executive, with a mix of business and private support responsibilities. Position: Executive Assistant to Founder– supporting the Founder and one senior executive
Salary: £55,000 – £80,000
Hybrid set up: Primarily office-based in London’s West End, 4 days in the office 1 day working from home, dependant on business requirements

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Executive Assistant support to the Founder and one senior executive
- Full business and private diary management across two busy schedules
- Coordinating complex international and domestic travel
- Managing invitations, corporate hospitality and high-level entertainment bookings
- Taking a keen interest in the business and understanding its strategic priorities
- Gatekeeping, inbox management, and acting as an ambassador for the executives
- Proactive problem-solving and anticipating the needs of the executives
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at senior leadership level
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, ideally in Private Equity or a similar corporate environment
- Strong diary and travel management experience
- Outstanding attention to detail and a calm, proactive mindset
- Someone who thrives in high-performance environments and understands business priorities
- Discretion, professionalism and the ability to juggle business and private tasks effectively
