Position: Full-Time Private PA 
Salary: Depending on experience

Key responsibilities:
  • Family diary and travel management (private jets, commercial flights, luxury hotels)
  • Complex social calendars, restaurant bookings, and appointments across multiple time zones
  • Children's education coordination (school admin, activities, liaison with staff/tutors)
  • Household staff recruitment, management, and administration
  • Primary contact for contractors, suppliers, and property emergencies
  • Private event organisation (parties, family celebrations)
  • Support for extended family (travel, appointments, admin)
  • Personal shopping, gifts, and errands
Required background:
  • Private PA experience in high-net-worth/VIP environments
  • UK-based with strong London contacts and local knowledge
  • Fluent in English, spoken Russian and/or Ukrainian an added bonus
  • Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Quick thinking and proactive problem-solving
