Position: Team Executive Assistant
Salary: £40000 - £50000
Hybrid set up: 3/2 with the need for flexibility

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant:
- Extensive diary management across multiple zones, arranging meetings, events and conferences
- Complex travel, accommodation, visas and expenses
- Managing the demands of a busy team with ever changing priorities
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- At least 2 years within a Team Assistant role within financial services
- Experience supporting a team and being able to juggle multiple, changing priorities
- Excellent communicator who enjoys supporting a busy and demanding team
