What would I be doing day to day?
Job Title: Benefits Coordinator
Temporary - ends in December
Salary: £42,000 (DoE)
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- First point of contact for benefits queries, responding promptly and escalating when necessary
- Regularly inviting new hires to virtual benefits training sessions
- Assisting with the monthly benefit enrolments for new starter and leavers, along with other enrolment issues when required
- Completing adhoc benefit tasks, such as pension postponement
- Giving support to the external benefit providers, including monthly reports on new starters/leavers
- Preparing and sending invoices to the finance team and ensuring there are no discrepancies between invoice and payroll
- Completing regular audits of the benefits payroll file
- Aiding the organisation of in-person and virtual events
- Supporting the Wellbeing team for communication, engagements, projects, and events
What is the company looking for?
- Background in HR is essential
- Background in benefits & wellbeing desirable but not essential
- Experience working with a database is necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
