- Diary and travel coordination
- Staying ahead of the CEO and anticipating needs
- Preparing the CEO for meetings and engagements
- Strategic thinking and seeing the ‘big picture’
- Supporting with projects and ad hoc business needs
- Assisting with board meeting preparation and follow-up
