What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: EA to CEO

Key duties:

  • Responsible for acting as personal and confidential assistant to the CEO
  • Admin support to company council and its sub-committees
  • Coordinate travel for the CEO and support travel plans for other teams required
  • IT support
  • Coaching and mental health support
  • Lead on communication between UK and overseas teams

What is the company looking for?

  • Strong inter-personal skills and communication

  • Administrative duties
  • Preferably fluent in spoken and written French ( but not essential)
