Our renowned recruitment company is collaborating with a prestigious private equity firm located in the heart of Mayfair, London. Our client, a rapidly growing firm, is searching for an exceptional Investor Relations Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director of Marketing and their small, high-performing team.
As the Investor Relations Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand person to the Director of Marketing, ensuring seamless operations and driving the success of the team. Your outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset will be instrumental in managing complex calendars, roadshows, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to investor relations initiatives and liaise with high-profile clients.
Requirements: ✓ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in investor relations or finance ✓ Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities ✓ Strong attention to detail and accuracy ✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✓ Proficiency in MS Office suite ✓ Ability to maintain strict confidentiality ✓ Proactive and self-motivated mindset
