What would I be doing day to day?
Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: £45,000 (DoE)
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Work closely with the Senior HR Advisor on HR initiatives
- Recruit and retain talented people with a focus on Administrative through to Junior Professional roles
- Run and manage effective inductions and introductions for new joiners
- Contribute to the design of effective and efficient HR processes that utilise technology and systems
- Accurately maintain HR ministration Systems, remuneration processes and records - both paper and software based and is able to provide timely and accurate HR reports as required
- Prepare monthly payroll processes in readiness for the Senior HR Advisor to review
- Administer benefit entitlements maintaining up to date accurate records
- Initiate, co-ordinate and promote life balance, health and wellbeing initiatives
- Coordinate the administration element of the recruitment process delivering accurate and timely documentation and communication
- HR support in disciplinary and grievance investigations
- Apply HR policy e.g. Maternity, Paternity and Retirement
