The Role:
Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: £40,000
Location: London
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Support line managers on ER matters, escalating when required
- Work alongside the wider HR team with HR processes, policies and HR operations
- Actively drive year end processes included appraisals, salary reviews and benefit reviews
- Manage end to end recruitment processes including graduate hires and support summer programmes
- Contribute to EDI strategy and wider HR projects with the HR team
What is the company looking for?
- 3+ years HR experience within a professional services environment
- Good knowledge of Employment Law and exposure to Employee Relations cases
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Strong knowledge of HR systems
- Confident working autonomously and as part of a team
