The role at a glance
- 12-month fixed-term contract
- Senior People Partner remit with a hands-on delivery focus
- Operating across recruitment, HR operations, payroll oversight, contracts and policy
- Partnering closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Hybrid working (with one fixed in-office day per week)
This role will suit someone who:
- Has solid HR / People Partner experience, ideally within an SME
- Comes from a financial services (strongly preferred)
- Can confidently blend HR operations with business partnering
- Has strong Excel and HR systems capability (essential)
- Is pragmatic, detail-driven, and comfortable being hands-on
- Communicates clearly and enjoys pace, ownership, and delivery
- A business performing strongly and investing in people
