This role will suit someone who:
  • Has solid HR / People Partner experience, ideally within an SME
  • Comes from a financial services  (strongly preferred)
  • Can confidently blend HR operations with business partnering
  • Has strong Excel and HR systems capability (essential)
  • Is pragmatic, detail-driven, and comfortable being hands-on
  • Communicates clearly and enjoys pace, ownership, and delivery
