The Job:
Job Title: HR & Recruitment administrator
Location: London - office based
Salary: £45,000 (DoE)
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Supporting the full employee life cycle for all operational and administrative HR matters
- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries
- Arranging new starter inductions including mandatory e-learning and other training, as appropriate.
- Supporting the HR team with the probation process including drafting associated documentation
- Scheduling interviews for hiring managers and candidates and updating the ATS
- Manage and maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers
- Support in HR projects
- Maintain the HR database
What is the company looking for?
- Previous experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a financial or professional services firm
- Recruitment or HR experience is preferrable
- Studying towards, or part CIPD qualified is desirable
- Ability to multi-task and manage a varied and busy workload
- High level of IT literacy especially HR Systems, MS Office and Excel e.g. Mail merge, V-lookups, Pivot tables
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality handling sensitive information
