The Job:

Job Title: HR & Recruitment administrator

Location: London - office based

Salary: £45,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Supporting the full employee life cycle for all operational and administrative HR matters
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries
  • Arranging new starter inductions including mandatory e-learning and other training, as appropriate.
  • Supporting the HR team with the probation process including drafting associated documentation
  • Scheduling interviews for hiring managers and candidates and updating the ATS
  • Manage and maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers
  • Support in HR projects
  • Maintain the HR database

What is the company looking for?

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a financial or professional services firm
  • Recruitment or HR experience is preferrable
  • Studying towards, or part CIPD qualified is desirable
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a varied and busy workload
  • High level of IT literacy especially HR Systems, MS Office and Excel e.g. Mail merge, V-lookups, Pivot tables
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality handling sensitive information
