The Role:

Job Title: HR Director, 6 month FTC

Salary: £110,000 - £130,000

Location: London

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Design and implement HR frameworks including but not limited to Career Development Pathways and Succession Planning.
  • Work with leadership to design and communicate KPIs as part of performance management and appraisals.
  • Manage all day to day HR operations across the organisation; owning recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, absences, employee relations with support from part time HR Manager
  • Update and review HR policies in alignment with Employment Law and maintaining the Employee Handbook.
  • Actively drive People-focused projects such as HR system implementations and annual training requirements.
  • Work with external trainers to design EDI specific training company-wide.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders on wider business projects around ESG.

What is the company looking for?

  • Experience in a standalone position or within a small HR team working across the strategic and operational HR realm is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience developing Career Progression initiatives.
  • A background in a boutique asset/investment management firm or boutique consultancy is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively partner with C-Suite.
  • Forward-thinking, dynamic and analytically minded approach.
