Job Title: HR Administrator

Salary: £29000

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Providing excellent customer service and administrative support
  • Being the primary contact for all HR requests
  • Construction and maintenance of employee experience documents, and ensure the integrity of these documents
  • Processing the components of employee experiences, such as absences, leavers, starters, movers etc.,
  • In charge of giving HR inductions to all of the new starters
  • Constantly identifying areas for process improvement and applying such new measures
  • Assisting in company reward schemes, such as promotions and bonus payments


What is the company looking for?

  • Experience in record keeping and HR administration is ideal
  • Previous office administration experience is essential
  • Candidate should have enthusiasm for accuracy, and working in a fast paced environment
  • Should have the capacity to prioritise and organise several tasks at once, while still having excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, and knowledge of employment legislation
  • The capacity to work and prioritise workloads independently
  • Qualified or working towards CIPD level 3 or level 5, is desired.
