Position: Sponsorship Marketing Executive – supporting multichannel marketing strategy across a full portfolio of events and products
Salary: Approx £28,000

Key responsibilities for this Sponsorship Marketing Executive position:
  • Outreach and ongoing communication with event sponsors to ensure excellent customer experience throughout the full campaign cycle
  • Processing opportunities, leads and enquiries in Salesforce to build robust sales pipelines
  • Coordination of sponsorship marketing collateral including pricing guides and post-event reports
  • Driving results in line with sponsorship campaign KPIs and commercial event targets (increasing revenue, web traffic, leads, enquiries, downloads, Calendly meetings)
  • Working with sales and campaign marketing teams to develop robust audience targeting for each sector and product
  • Producing sponsorship marketing creatives including copywriting and working with designers
  • Set up and ongoing optimisation of sponsorship campaigns across multiple channels
  • Updating event websites with sponsor information and pulling data lists to support sales and campaign marketing teams
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Working knowledge of marketing platforms and concepts with a focus on sponsorship marketing
  • Great attention to detail and confident manipulation of data in platforms, reports and spreadsheets
  • Good copywriting skills with experience in creating compelling sponsorship marketing content
  • Data-driven and ROI focused approach to sponsorship marketing campaigns
  • Continuously developing knowledge by reading industry articles and staying current with sponsorship marketing trends
  • Graduate or  equivalent is essential
