C&C Search is currently recruiting an Investor Relations Analyst to work for a well‑established global private equity advisory firm based in Central London.

Position: Investor Relations Analyst
Salary: To £70,000 Base salary (some flexibility) 
Hybrid set up: Some hybrid working

Key responsibilities for this Investor Relations Analyst role:

  • Oversee and drive key fundraising workstreams, ensuring timelines, stakeholders and deliverables remain fully aligned and on track.
  • Lead the intake, monitoring and completion of LP due‑diligence requests (DDQs/RFPs), maintaining impeccable documentation and version control throughout.
  • Administer the data room from end to end — including structure, permissions and access — while producing and organising materials to an exceptional standard.
  • Prepare clear, accurate and well‑reasoned responses to both routine and highly technical investor questions, drawing on strong understanding of the private equity landscape.
  • Support the development of presentation materials and contribute to content creation for investor meetings and wider fundraising activity.
  • Collaborate closely with IR colleagues and cross‑functional teams on ad‑hoc analysis and day‑to‑day investor relations tasks, often coordinating across multiple time zones. 

What background and experience are the company looking for?  
  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree.
  • Experience within private equity (IR/Investor Services/Client Services) or a placement agent; direct fundraise exposure is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and written English; advanced MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong project/time management with the ability to prioritise and work independently in a high‑tempo setting.
  • Team‑oriented mindset and composure under pressure.
