C&C Search is actively seeking a Personal Assistant to join a friendly investment bank working with the CEO

This role is exciting as half the role is helping with marketing duties so the role is variety and depending on your experience you could learn some new skills!

Salary: £38,000-£44,000

Hours: 3 days in, 2 from home, 9-6pm

  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Coordinating diaries and meetings
  • Booking travel
  • Managing expenses and invoices alongside external bookkeeper
  • Overseeing HR functions: HR system management (inc. managing holiday requests), inducting new joiners, performance review process, visa processing
  • Document and record management, including contracts
  • Supporting with company event organisation
  • Supporting with production of annual and quarterly M&A reports
  • Drafting email and social media updates
  • Social media management for company and CEO's LinkedIn/Twitter
  • Website management

About you:

  • Experience in boutique finance or professional services essential
  • You have great attention to detail
  • You have brilliant experience managing diaries, booking travel supporting senior team members
  • A university degree
