We have partnered with a global financial services firm to hire a Compensation Analyst to join a high-performing global Reward team.
This role will play a key part in supporting compensation strategy, analytics, and governance across multiple regions, working closely with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders.

This role will play a key part in supporting compensation strategy, analytics, and governance across multiple regions, working closely with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting compensation analysis, benchmarking, and market pricing across a global population
- Job evaluation and grading using established methodologies
- Supporting annual reward processes, including salary and bonus reviews
- Producing high-quality compensation reporting and insights to inform decision-making
- Ensuring strong governance, data accuracy, and alignment with reward frameworks
- Partnering with HR Business Partners and Reward leadership on compensation matters
- Proven experience in a compensation or reward analyst role within a complex organisation
- Financial Services experience preferred not essential
- Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large data sets
- Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and job evaluation methodologies
- Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
