Job description

C&C Search is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager for a boutique ESG focused property company.

This is a true generalist position, we are exclusively considering people from small businesses who are used to working in small teams in a generalist capacity and briefing third parties.

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 plus benefits

Benefits: 26 days holiday + BH, bonus, socials, pension

Duties:

  • Create and implement marketing strategy.
  • Spearhead strategic and creative campaign planning.
  • Manage the budget for the team.
  • Work with third parties such as copywriters, SEO, journalists etc.
  • Keep website and socials up to date with insights and blogs.
  • Upkeep collateral, sending e shots.
  • Events and roundtables.
  • Implement Social impact strategies.

About you:

  • You have experience working in a small business, this is a generalist role reporting directly to the manager/owner
  • You are great writer (there will be a copy writing task in the interview process)
  • You are fiercely organised and great at managing 3rd party agencies
  • You have strong ethical values and an interest in working in an ESG focused business
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Software: InDesign, LightRoom, Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • You love to problem solve and take responsibility
  • You enjoy managing multiple projects at one time
  • You are ambitious and looking to work in a fast paced environment
