The Job:

Job Title: Recruitment Advisor, 9 months FTC

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £35,000

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Support the end to end recruitment process from job briefings, screening CVs, interviews, through to offer
  • Ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the process
  • Partner with the wider team to create reports on talent pipelines and recruitment processes for board presentations
  • Daily / regular stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support with the maintenance of the ATS, updating all changes
  • Design and execute Employee Branding initiatives alongside the HR team
  • Work with recruitment agencies to ensure diverse shortlists are submitted for all vacancies
  • Work with wider HR team to create employment contracts and manage the external background screening process
  • Partner with key departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Work with the wider HR team to deliver on ad hoc projects
