What would I be doing day to day?
Position: Rewards and Compensation Specialist
This role is fully remote
Who will I be reporting into: Global HR Director
Key duties:
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to design and operate a reward and bonus incentive program
- Design a compensation and bonus tracking process
- Drive process to improve activities
- Work closely with the HR Director on global compensation analysis projects
- Develop metrics to analyse programmes trends

What is the company looking for?
Background and experience
- Experience designing and delivering bonus and reward programs
- At least 5 years' experience in finance, compensation, or consulting
- Strong project management skills
- Experience within the technology industry
