What would I be doing day to day?

Position: Rewards and Compensation Specialist

This role is fully remote

Who will I be reporting into: Global HR Director

Key duties:

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to design and operate a reward and bonus incentive program
  • Design a compensation and bonus tracking process
  • Drive process to improve activities
  • Work closely with the HR Director on global compensation analysis projects
  • Develop metrics to analyse programmes trends

Background and experience

  • Experience designing and delivering bonus and reward programs
  • At least 5 years' experience in finance, compensation, or consulting
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience within the technology industry
