The Job:

Job Title: Senior Benefits & Wellbeing Specialist

Role length: Permanent

Hybrid: London (2 day in the office per week)

Salary: £47,000 - £55,000

What would I be doing day to day?

This is an Benefits Specialist position with full responsibility for management and execution of the benefits and wellbeing strategy alongside the Senior Benefits Manager. You will play a pivotal role in raising the awareness of the benefits and wellbeing offerings, get involved in a wide range of projects and enhance existing offerings

Key duties:

      • Review all Employee Benefits work with the Senior Manager and take lead of multiple projects (i.e reviewing health and wellbeing provisions, annual renewal cycle etc)
      • Responsible for ensuring the online benefits platform runs smoothly and manage changes
      • Take lead on Wellbeing and Benefits events/ fairs
      • Manage complex employee queries and escalations regarding benefits
      • Maintain strong relationships with benefit providers/brokers
      • Responsible for the monthly benefit payroll process and invoice reconciliations
      • Work with the Finance and Tax team
      • Review the performance of suppliers and review vendor relationships

What is the company looking for?

      • 3/4+ years' experience in employee benefits
      • Experience working for a large matrix organisation (preferably from Professional Services)
      • Experience with implementing and managing Benefits
      • An interest in Wellbeing
      • University degree of equivalent relevant experience
      • Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to prioritize/multi-task and met deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      • Strong internal employee focus, along with a desire to learn all aspects of the business
      • An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
