C&C Search is currently recruiting a maternity contract EA role, supporting on a 1:2 basis for a global consultancy firm based in the city.

Position: EA role supporting two very busy global Partners, classic EA responsibilities plus board meeting coordination, monthly minute taking and some project support.
Salary: £55-58k plus bonus and benefits
Hybrid set up: 3 days in and 2 from home

Key responsibilities for this EA role:
- Classic EA duties covering diary and inbox, global travel, expenses, meeting prep.
- Minute taking monthly
- Coordination of all board and senior committee meetings

- Experience working at senior level for more than one person
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Board meeting and board minutes experience
