What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: CEO
Managing the day to day life for a CEO in the firm
Key duties:
- Managing their complex diaries and inboxes.
- Booking all travel arrangements and logistics
- Lead on search for new office space
- Overseeing day-to-day running of office
- Managing a busy switchboard
- Liaising directly with clients
- Working on events
- Ad hoc HR duties incl. recruitment and onboarding
What is the company looking for?
- Previous PA experience (2 years).
- Ideally, within an events, media, or agency environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
- Great time management skills.
- Proactive.
- It Literate - Google Suite
Availability: You should be available immediately or at short notice.
