Position: Temporary Executive Assistant – supporting a team of 10-12 professionals, ranging in seniority, with global team members.
Salary:
£28 per hour plus holiday.
Hybrid set-up:
4 days per week in the office, with rotational Friday coverage (1 in 8).

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Extensive diary and calendar management, scheduling meetings, booking rooms/catering, and handling conflicts proactively.
- Acting as a gatekeeper, ensuring sufficient time for key tasks and priorities.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and compliance with company policies.
- Managing expenses, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to deadlines.
- Documenting team holidays and maintaining schedules.
- Providing cover for other assistants when needed.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar support role.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels, both internally and externally.
- A proactive and resourceful approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Calm under pressure with a can-do attitude.
