- Contract: 12-month FTC (potential to go permanent)

A growing, independent surveying practice providing high-quality, director-led services to its clients.
The business is progressive, collaborative and professional, with a close-knit team and a strong emphasis on accuracy, client service and long-term growth.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on Business Administration role that sits at the heart of the organisation.
The position supports the Directors and surveying team, 6 people in total, across office coordination, financial administration, client liaison and wider operational support.
There is clear scope to grow with the business and take on increased responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing and basic financial administration
- Preparing fee proposals using established templates
- Tracking billing and revenue data
- Office coordination: appointments, inboxes, filing systems and inventory
- Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and external stakeholders
- Preparing internal reports and managing business data
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to Directors and senior staff
- Confident with invoicing and basic finance administration
- Highly organised with strong time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using office software and digital tools
- Professional, reliable and approachable
- Experience in construction, property or surveying
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar finance systems
- Degree or professional accreditation (advantageous but not essential)
