C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant / EA to Team, Office Manager and HR Manager for a leading investment firm based in Knightsbridge. Position: Team Executive Assistant, Office Manager and HR – supporting the full team across Office Management, Executive Assistant duties, and HR operations (NO CIPD REQUIRED)
Salary: 50-60k + discretionary bonus
Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office (Central South West London), 1 day WFH

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant, Office Manager and HR position:
- Full diary and global travel management for the team including ownership of Board meetings
- Office management duties, including H&S, maintenance, cost control and supplier coordination
- Main point of contact for IT, facilities, and contractors
- Administrative support to senior managers, including meeting coordination, documentation, and project assistance
- HR admin including onboarding/offboarding, benefits, policies, and supporting payroll
- Events
- Administration for legal team
- Presentations
- Company website and socials
- Potential office move
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or HR Manager role (minimum 3–5 years)
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong team spirit
- Previous experience in HR administration and office management essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- French language skills desirable
- Willingness to train as a First Aider and Fire Marshal
