C&C Search is currently recruiting an Operations Assistant for a high-profile, purpose-led charity based in Central London. This is an IT-focused, hybrid-working role with fantastic long-term potential, offering a temp-to-perm opportunity and a salary of up to £30,000. Position:
Operations Assistant – reporting to the Business and Governance Manager and working closely with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the office and IT support function.
Salary:
£28,000 – £30,000
Hybrid set-up:
1 day working from home

Key responsibilities for this Operations Assistant position:
  • First point of contact for all general operational and IT-related queries
  • Supporting the maintenance and functionality of the office space, including managing supplies, facilities, and post
  • Liaising with outsourced IT support providers and ensuring new and existing users are fully supported with tech onboarding
  • Supporting internal systems such as Salesforce CRM and coordinating with external suppliers
  • Managing mobile phones, AV equipment, photocopiers, and internal tech issues
  • General administrative support to the Director of Finance & Operations and broader team
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Demonstrated experience in office administration and facilities support
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, ideally with exposure to Office 365, Windows/macOS, and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Excellent organisational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
  • Confident, approachable, and enthusiastic – someone who takes initiative and enjoys being part of a team
  • Previous experience in the charity or non-profit sector is desirable but not essential
