Salary: £50-60K

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Master complex diary management - coordinate CEO's demanding schedule; requires meticulous planning and forward thinking, paying the greatest attention to detail. Extensive planning of paperwork and meetings across the week
- Lead meeting excellence - drive monthly executive and board meetings from agenda to action delivery
- Strategic communication hub - interface between CEO and key stakeholders, crafting presentations and official documentation
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including banks, the government, and other businesses
- Deliver with discretion - handle confidential matters, travel coordination, and board support seamlessly
- Build rapport easily with and work closely with existing EA team
What background and experience are the company looking for?
Essential:
- Extensive experience providing executive administrative services to CEO, ideally within a financial services, legal, compliance, or regulatory environment
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, Board members and external partners
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work effectively at pace, under pressure of tight deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt and respond to out-of-hours requests when required
- Great sense of humour essential!
