C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to Senior Management for a highly professional, financial advisory firm based in beautiful Mayfair, London. This is an exceptional 12-month FTC opportunity offering a dynamic working environment, and the chance to support senior leaders within a collaborative and ambitious team.

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
  • Provide high-level support to two Senior Directors and their executive teams throughout all phases of financial advisory transactions.
  • Review and screen email correspondence with accuracy and sound judgment.
  • Arrange client and internal meetings, including phone and video conferences across multiple time zones.
  • Organise management presentations, complex itineraries, and closing dinners.
  • Manage complex and dynamic diaries with changing schedules.
  • Handle expenses, project expense reports, and invoice preparation.
  • Coordinate international travel, maintain contact databases, prepare team reports, organise filing systems, and support ad hoc admin and project tasks.
What background and experience is the company looking for?
  • Experience in a similar EA role within fast-paced corporate environments.
  • Experience in financial services, especially investment banking or private equity, is highly advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently at speed, balancing competing priorities with calm professionalism.
  • High integrity, discretion, and confidence in managing confidential information.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and initiative.
  • Comfortable adapting to last-minute changes and managing complex schedules.
  • Experience with CRM tools and/or email marketing software (or quick to learn new systems).
  • Positive, collaborative, non-competitive team spirit, with willingness to share workloads.
