Position: PA to 2 Partners
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office / 1 day WFH

Key responsibilities for this PA position:
Proactively support two Partners with complex diary, inbox and communications management
Prepare daily briefs, meeting packs, event materials and client documentation
Manage international travel - visas, itineraries, logistics and on-the-ground coordination
Coordinate high-profile events, cultural evenings, networking sessions and client hospitality
Draft, prioritise and triage internal and external correspondence
Build trusted relationships with clients, senior stakeholders and cultural institutions
Oversee expenses, invoicing and budget tracking
Provide polished, accurate and well-presented materials for client deliverables
Conduct research to support leadership decision-making and client projects
Contribute to improved processes and smooth operations within the EA/PA team
What background and experience are the company looking for?
Substantial PA or EA experience supporting Partners, Directors or senior leaders
Experience in consultancy, creative industries, arts, cultural organisations or professional services
Someone who understands and enjoys working with creative mindsets
Able to work at a super fast pace with precision and composure
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident with Microsoft Office and new digital tools
Financial literacy - expenses, invoicing, tracking
A poised, emotionally intelligent communicator who builds trust easily
An interest in the Arts highly beneficial
Available immediately or on very short notice
