Executive Assistant – Founder/Entrepreneur & HNW Family
Fully Remote (Quarterly In-Person Meetings)
£35–50k depending on experience
The Opportunity
A unique Executive Assistant role has been created to support a female founder and entrepreneur alongside her family, who are actively engaged in investment, philanthropy, start-ups, and running a charitable organisation.
The entrepreneur is a qualified solicitor, award-winning public speaker, and founder, recognised for her expertise in clinical negligence and cosmetic injury cases both in the UK and internationally.
As their first dedicated assistant, it’s an exciting opportunity to shape the role from the ground up, bring structure to ambitious ideas, and become a trusted partner across both business and family projects.

As their first dedicated assistant, it’s an exciting opportunity to shape the role from the ground up, bring structure to ambitious ideas, and become a trusted partner across both business and family projects.
What You’ll Do
Supporting the Entrepreneur (c. 3 days/week):
- Provide full EA support – diary, inbox, travel, and meeting management
- Coordinate webinars, events, and speaking engagements
- Support legal practice administration (approx. 70%) and content/speaking activities (approx. 30%)
- Liaise with external partners and onboard new hires into her practice
- Take ownership of tasks, ensuring follow-through and freeing up time for high-value work
- Provide administrative and finance support across investments, philanthropy, and charitable projects
- Liaise with charities and manage fund transfers
- Assist in start-up and philanthropic initiatives by turning concepts into actionable steps
- Create organisation and structure to ensure projects move from ideas to delivery
- Proven experience as an EA/PA, ideally supporting multiple senior stakeholders across varied projects
- Confident working independently, with excellent initiative, judgement, and follow-through
- Exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Discreet, professional, and adaptable – equally comfortable with financial administration, event coordination, and stakeholder liaison
- Relationship-driven, able to build trust and credibility with a dynamic, fast-paced family group
- Background in legal administration, project coordination, or charity trust management would be highly advantageous
- Experience handling charity fund transfers or working with philanthropic ventures would be a strong asset
- Comfortable working remotely with quarterly in-person collaboration
- Shape and own a brand-new EA function
- Work across a varied and meaningful portfolio spanning law, investment, charity, and events
