The Job:
Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: The City, London / Hybrid working
Salary: £50,000
12 Month FTC

What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle
- Manage the EMEA HR Operations
- Support the HR Manager with low level ER cases
- Manage the onboarding process for all new starters inclusive of contracts and offer letters
- Support with Talent management with new hires across EMEA
- Manage the payroll process
What is the company looking for?
- Experience in HR, preferably for 3 plus years is highly desirable
- Prior experience in a regulated firm, would be beneficial but not essential
- HR experience in financial services is advantageous
