HR Operations Associate (Europe)
We are seeking an HR Operations Associate to support a wide range of HR processes across Europe within a collaborative, global HR team. This role will contribute to ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant HR operations, while also playing a key part in regional programs and global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection requirements.
- Support payroll administration across multiple European locations, coordinating with global teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with time and absence management, ensuring records are accurate and reports are produced as required.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance steps are completed.
- Contribute to the delivery of graduate and intern programs in Europe.
- Support global HR processes such as performance management and pay review.
- Provide backup support for the HR Operations Manager when needed.
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, working with stakeholders across regions.
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Understanding of European employment regulations and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
