C&C Search is currently recruiting for a Private PA to support a HNWI based in Luxembourg. This is a part time role working Monday to Thursday with Fridays off, offering hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 2 days from home. Fluent French and ability to live and work in Luxembourg essential.

Position: Private PA to HNWI
Salary: E70,000 - E80,000

Key responsibilities for this insert Private PA position:
Managing the Principal’s personal and business diary, appointments and travel arrangements, including both domestic and international travel
Acting as first point of contact for household staff, contractors and service providers, ensuring smooth running of household operations
Overseeing property management, including maintenance schedules, utilities and suppliers
Coordinating family and social events, including invitations, guest lists and logistics
Liaising with professional advisors (e.g. lawyers, accountants, financial advisors) as required
What background and experience are the company looking for?
Previous experience as a Private PA, or similar role supporting an individual or family preferred
Fluency in French is essential
Ability to live and work in Luxembourg
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
Professional, calm and approachable manner, with strong interpersonal skills
