C&C Search are working with an ambitious, high-performing private equity firm is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst or Executive (dependent on experience and suitability) to join their London team.
This is a newly created role offering exceptional exposure to the fundraising and investor engagement process at the heart of a dynamic investment business.
Working closely with a Managing Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting investor communications, reporting, materials creation, and outreach across a range of fund strategies, including flagship funds and co-investment vehicles.

The Role:
This is a hands-on position requiring strong commercial awareness, communication ability, and analytical rigour. You’ll work on:
- Creating high-quality investor reports and performance updates
- Owning the content and coordination for the firm’s Annual General Meeting (AGM)
- Managing the CRM system for investor and prospect data
- Researching and approaching new institutional investors
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing LPs
- Producing compelling, original investor materials in PowerPoint
- Coordinating outbound communications aligned with firm updates and key announcements
You may be in the early stages of your career and looking to step into a commercially driven role within private equity. You’ll likely have had some exposure to investor relations, fundraising, or private markets.
Key attributes we’re looking for:
- Degree qualified (finance, business, management, economics, banking & finance, investment & wealth management)
- Strong intellect, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Numerate and comfortable analysing fund performance data in Excel
- Entrepreneurial, with a desire to help shape and improve how investor relations is delivered
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and acting with maturity
- Long-term ambition to build a career in investor relations within private equity
